How Much Will it Cost?

Nothing up front. Under Federal law the SBA forbids charging any fee on these loans until after the money is wired to your business account. Beware of any company who violates this law and charges up-front fees. Here is a summary of our fees:

• No cost to apply
• No obligation to take the loan
• No additional fee to use our services
• One-time processing fee of $450.00 ($550 if the loan is between $15K and $25K) paid at closing after the loan funds.
  
• Fee is tax deductible,  just like the interest
• No hidden or additional fees.  No balloon payments.
• Total monthly payment of principal and interest is currently $76 per $5,000  borrowed. For example, with a $10,000 loan, the total monthly payment would be $151/month.
• Fully amortized with no balloon payments
• No prepayment penalty—pay it off anytime and stop the interest
• Interest currently at 9.75% (8% for Patriot Express loans)
